If I could give negative stars I would...

I had a move from Florida to wisconsin, spoke with a gentleman and decided to move forward using this company. I wish I hadn't. I will get to that in a minute. The day of my move December 18th 2023 was perfectly fine had some extra items whi h I had already expected I would need to pay extra for, that was fine and the two gentle man that moved my items were perfectly nice. However the drop off is where everything went to he'll. Before the items were even dropped off the two men told my sister she would have to pay 100 dollars because of a set of stairs. Now when I initially started the process I was assured one flight of steps was fine. Then a surprise when that is a lie at drop off red flag number one. My poor sister paid the 100 dollars which was not documented on the reciept and they dropped off my items. While taking inventory later that day I noticed I was missing a 32 inch tv and a purple checked bag suitcase that contained non replaceable books, as well as two of my lamps were broken at the socket where the light bulb goes in. I immediately panicked and called the customer service. I spoke with a women and she assured me she would speak with the drivers to find out what happened. I re ieved a voicemail which I still have Mayne 30 minutes later stating my items had been mistakenly left on the truck and would be dropped off when the truck circled back in about two weeks. Annoying but ok fine. Those two weeks go by and I contact customer service again and again receive an voice mail which I still have that states that it wasn't just my items missing but others as well as the shipments the trucks got mixed up and others got the wrong items. Please be patient while we figure this out. I was patient. When I contacted them again I was told that no the items wre lost and to file a claim. So I did. And do you want to know what the people from the claims told me, they do not work with your company. Excuse my language but what the fuck. It has been months and my items are still missing and there has been no resolve to this.

Very stressful move

Started out with a quote for $3800 with descriptions on what we had which totaled to around 93 items moving van solutions came as that who was hired out by Global and they showed up and was only able to load 35 items unless we pay an additional $3500 pretty much double from original quote. In the end we had no choice as it was moving day pretty shitty deal if you ask me. Then was told by crew lead it would be 3-7 day delivery from PA to Florida, ok that’s acceptable …..we’ll it turned into 2.5 weeks totally pissed, then the movers didn’t even unwrap my items or put my items together, that’s what I paid for and no one bothered to own up to this neither company. Global did come back with a $150 refund slap in the face considering the movers left all their trash and what I mentioned earlier, I actually calculated should be close to $1400 refund considering the extra work my family did. Oh yeah that $150 refund Global wanted to give me was to also keep me quiet and it give a bad review , hush money ……what a joke and that was Michael I dealt with and when I turned it down he got angry. I would not recommend Global Elite Relocation Services

Ghosted after pick up

I went through global elite. They say they pride themselves on customer service. Thats a lie. The 3rd party (the moving depot) that showed up in a rental truck a day late, threw my boxes around like nothing, left their garbage all over my house, missed items tagged for moving, only could pay cash or thru zelle, charged me 1500 extra, and then ghosted me. Haven't responded to emails or voicemails left with the company confirming my delivery date. They emailed me 10/26 to confirm delivery date with the delivery date section left blank. I responded 10/26,10/31,11/3,11/6 and called and left voicemail 11/6,11/7,11/8 and today is 11/9. I've had not even one response. This company is a scam, IF I receive my stuff I'm sure it will all be broken and their free insurance is 60 cents per pound so that won't cover the damaged or most likely not delivered items.

They were equally respectful of my goods.

Jared and Jon were very professional and really hustled. I had a number of items in a shed that were water damaged. I didn't know it and they gave me all the details of what the tests are to transport those items. Jared did great putting my queen bed together after they picked it up from FFO. Even though I was also sick, Jared and Jon treated me respectfully. They were equally respectful of my goods.

Deceptive & False Advertisement, coercive tactics and ghosting!

This company was very stressful to deal with. GlobalElite were soliciting their services by sending me frequent messages about the discounted rates until the reservation was complete. They are untrustworthy, and employ deceptive tactics in dealing with the clients. Both their representatives although initially motivated and communicative, deceptively gave lower rates and misinformation or wrong information, respectively, later in the process. Albert and Olivia were tworepa I had to deal with. The initial quote was for $1800 and Olivia was the person who I spoke with to confirm the pickup 3 days prior. I was asked by her to crate items. Correspondence was done by text and photos of the crates, size, and weight were clearly communicated. I was given approval to proceed.The carrier who showed up to pick up my items was not the company I had paid. This company was Exclusive Movers LLC not the confirmed Infinity Moving Solutions LLC. They told me that they cannot leave with my items unless I came to an impromptu agreement to accept bulk item charges of $600 total or $300 per crate. I reluctantly agreed. He went to speak with his manager and told me that pickup could not happen without me agreeing to pay an extra $3600 (something he randomly came up with without actual calculations) or 600 cubic feet of goods at $6.00/sf. Each crate filled with my items amounted to 112cf per crate. The total volume of my items would be 224cf. I pulled my calculator and told him that each crate is only 112 and not 300 each.

After a stressful negotiation I agreed to cover the lost space due to my crates being bulky items for an extra 130 cf or the equivalent non stackable size of one of my crates. The total volume would be 286cf minumum charges plus 130cf. As I was telling them that I was given direction by the moving professional Olivia to crate the items and I would have not done so had I known I would be charged more than I was quoted, they also told me that they did not feel comfortable to take my commercial furniture without crating so they ended up helping me crate them during the delivery pickup window. They did this because they wanted my items to be well protected. Due to the nature of the fast approaching delivery deadline I reluctantly agreed to a total increase of $1458.60. They also used the empty volume of 130cf as part of the fuel charges calculation. At the end, I also tipped the movers $100 for helping me crate and wrap items with tape, rendering them stable inside the vertical crates. Fearing that the delivery would not happen on time to my client’s destination, I paid by check and signed all documents that were very confusing. The contract stated that the items were worth $3258.60 and not $12,012 as initially stated. I owed $1429.27 upon delivery. I received a call 8 days later telling me that my items were being loaded to go to the destination and was told it would take 7-10 more days to get there. The 1st delivery date on the agreement, although at this point looked like only a suggestion, was for 4 days earlier for 2/16/24. I called customer service multiple times to get information about delivery updates but they either left me on hold or never called me back. When I expressed concerns about what happened at pickup, the customer service representative for Infinity Moving Solutions LLC would tell me that he would talk to his supervisor because what happened was not correct.

After a further 8 days I receive an email from my client that for delivery would happen and they required a forklift to be coordinated at destination to deliver the items. This was never mentioned to me before, not by albert@movingreloservices.com nor olivia@movingprofessional.net, or by any of the customer service people at Infinity Moving Solutions LLC. The person I spoke mentioned that I couldn’t get items delivered unless I provided the equipment or paid extra for shuttle. I was able to contact Albert after multiple failed attempts. That time I was told by him to reach customer service, and hung up on me mid-speech. The second time we connected he hung up when he heard that Olivia had asked me to crate items. From that point on I was ghosted by him. .Voicemail inboxes were full. Not a good sign.

Items had arriving damaged made things worse. The driver told me that the items should have never been crated. The goods are unacceptable and need to be replaced. Now I’m short around $13,000. This has damaged my reputation with my client and it Global Elite, IMS LLC and Exclusive Movers LLC are responsible. I now need to manufacture new items to ship across the country again by other means. I will be filing a damaged goods claim but there is no webpage or number to contact other than “customer service”. I can safely assume that they do this type of thing often. Stay away and hire actual movers you can trust. Don’t fall for their false advertisement and solicitation.

I would give a 0 if I could. Hanging up is unacceptable.

Did two detailed quotes for a small move and agreed on a price. They outsourced the move to another company who is now demanding 22% more for moving the exact same quantity of items. We have attempted to contact GERS multiple times and the NEVER respond. Stay away!!

Regarding the added cubic footage, the increase of 112 cubic feet was charged at $4.00 per cubic foot, totaling $448, plus a 10% fuel charge of an additional $44.80 for a total addition of $492.80. We are committed to addressing this matter fairly and would like to make sure you know that your concerns are being thoroughly reviewed. We understand that this change in cost can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Global Elite Relocation Services are the absolute best. We had a last minute move from AZ to TX and they were able to accommodate us no problem. They even provided a first responders discount. The crew that came out to do the actual pickup was fantastic and wrapped/packed all our items with care. Our items arrived in TX within a week, and the delivery crew was seamless and quick at assembling our items and putting our stuff where it goes. We would definitely use them again! Such a great company who truly cares about their customers.
